All About
origin, philosophy, and more
At Madd Creative Yoga, we honor yoga’s ancient roots while embracing its evolution as a living, breathing practice. Our philosophy is grounded in respect for traditional teachings — the union of body, mind, and spirit — while allowing space for creative movement, personal expression, and modern interpretation. Each class is designed as both a sanctuary and a journey: a place to move, release, and reconnect.
We believe yoga is a powerful tool for healing — a pathway to process and transform mental, emotional, and physical challenges into strength, clarity, and peace. Through mindful breath and intentional movement, we cultivate balance and resilience, guiding each practitioner toward a healthier, happier life filled with grounded well-being and inner harmony.
My teaching is rooted in the belief that your unique body, background, and personal path are not just welcome — they are celebrated. Every student arrives with their own story, strengths, and season of life, and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and free to express your own style within the practice.
My classes weave together Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and a signature Hybrid style I’ve developed to find the balance between the two. The intention is to move with breath, awareness, and fluidity, while also exploring stillness, introspection, and deeper release.
I blend the traditional foundations of yoga with modern interpretations and movement that support the demands and lifestyle of today’s world.
I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher with advanced training and extended mentorship under a master teacher. With over 1,000 hours of personal practice and experience, I bring both depth and lived wisdom into every class I offer. My work is guided by a passion for healing, transformation, and helping students cultivate freedom — in their bodies, their minds, and their lives.
Madd Creative Yoga was founded by Madeline in 2018 as a space to share the transformative power of yoga with people everywhere. What began as a creative YouTube channel — Madd Creative Life — blending art, travel, lifestyle, and yoga, soon evolved into a global platform for mindful movement and holistic living.
Madeline is a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher with advanced training, mentorship experience, and over a thousand hours of practice. Guided by a passion for healing, health, and freedom — both within yourself and in your life — she weaves creativity, tradition, global inspiration, and her own unique, colorful expression into every class. Through this blend, she helps students strengthen, restore, and rise into their best selves.
My classes are for anyone who wants to feel stronger, calmer, clearer, or more connected; regardless of age, background, or experience level. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice, these classes are a great fit for you!
Not at all. Flexibility is something you build, not a requirement. My teaching approach adapts to your body and experience level so you can practice safely, confidently, and at your own pace. I often suggest and encourage modifications as needed, so take this to your own level!
I design my programs to fit real life — not an ideal schedule. Many classes and activities are short, efficient, and intentional, giving you powerful results in as little as 10–20 minutes a day, or as needed.
You don’t need hours of practice at a time; you just need a few minutes of consistent, mindful movement.
Absolutely. Consistency doesn’t come from pushing — it comes from having support and a clear, manageable path.
My programs give you:
step-by-step structure
short, doable practices
easy to follow guidance you don’t have to think about
a unique and fun perspective which keeps you engaged and mindful throughout your practice!
By focusing on small, sustainable steps, you’ll stay motivated without feeling overwhelmed.
This approach is found in all of my programs, but particularly the 6 Week Positive Habit Challenge, which directly tackles sustainable structure, routine, and habits for how to stay consistently motivated to live your healthiest, happiest life!
You’re not alone — and you don’t need a perfect plan to begin again. My classes are designed to help you reconnect gently, rebuild confidence, and find ease in your body one step at a time.
Begin where you are. A big part of yoga is about adapting to the constant change and growth we experience, so your practice is never the same and always evolving!
I teach Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and my own Hybrid style that blends both continuous asana movement, as well as taking moments throughout the practice to stay in extended, deep postures for deeper meditation, mindfulness, and welcoming flexibility.
Many students feel better after the first class — more grounded, clear, and connected. While there is no specific timeline for results, as each student is unique; physical strength, flexibility, and resilience build with consistent practice, even in short sessions. The goal is sustainable progress that feels good in your body.
Yes. Every program is designed to support beginners while offering depth and challenge for more experienced students. You’ll always be guided, offered variations, and encouraged to listen to your body. There are guided cues throughout each practice to help you easily follow along!
My approach honors traditional teachings and standards, while celebrating and embracing individuality, personal style, and modern demands. I believe we can gain value and knowledge from the wisdom of the past, while also integrating new information, data, and interpretations to fit our modern lifestyles and continue to evolve into a healthier future.
Yoga meets you exactly where you are. You never need to look a certain way, move a certain way, or “prepare” before showing up. My classes are designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence gradually and safely.
